Real Madrid president-elect Florentino Perez has again commented that a move Lionel Messi would be a great start to the transfer window for Madrid.
Perez says “He’s one of the big names in football, The whole world would like to have him in their team,”
“In Spain the buyout clause is in the contract to satisfy everyone. It’s there to do a job.
“At this point I have not spoken to any player from Barca or any other team. But we could reach an agreement with Barca or pay the clause. A player can move to Barca or Real Madrid. But we have not spoken to any player of Barcelona.”
More and more rumours are circulating that an offer could happen at any moment, but I really don’t think it will happen.
