Upon reflecting Barcelona’s success with Ole, Lionel Messi has stated that he does not think the reality of their success has sunk in to the players heads yet.
“Everything Barca has experienced in these last weeks has been like a dream. I don’t think we’re aware of what we’ve achieved,” he told Ole.
Leo continued to refute any claims that the UEFA Champions League Final was a personal battle between himself and Manchester United winger, Cristiano Ronaldo.
“The final was much more important than the duel between Cristiano Ronaldo and me. The two clubs have played against each other a lot and will probably do so again,” he stated.
Messi is currently training with the Argentine national team ahead of their two 2010 World Cup qualifiers in the coming days.
