A goal in the 93rd minute of injury time see’s Barcelona go through to Champions League Final. The goal made it 1 – 1, but Barce go through on away goals rule thanks to play from Lionel Messi who set up Andres Iniesta.
Chelsea went 1 – 0 after only 10 minutes, in which they looked like going throug, even though Barcelona dominated. Barcelona had all the possession, but couldn’t get a shot on target until the 93rd, which is when they broke the deadlock.
Messi could have struck the ball, but decided to pass the ball to Andres Iniesta, who slotted the ball past Petr Cech. Minutes before the Barcelona goal, both managers Josep Guardolia and Guus Hiddink had put shoulders around each other to congratulate each other on a fantastic match.
Once the full time whistle went “referee Tom Henning Ovrebo is being surrounded by stewards and Didier Drogba comes on to wave an angry finger in his face, he’s absolutely livid. His team-mates try to pull him away, but he’s a big unit and they can’t move him. He’s waving his arms, flapping, having a go at everyone, and he’s booked. Chelsea have been hard done by, but this behaviour is pathetic.” according to BBC Sport.
